A session regarding remediation of karst aquifers has been added to Battelle’s upcoming Ninth International Conference on Remediation of Chlorinated and Recalcitrant Compounds. This is a first for this, the premier international conference focusing on remediating challenging contaminated sites.
Historically, remediating environmental impacts in karst terranes has received little attention in the peer-reviewed literature or at national remediation conferences.
